DMF Series

The DMF Series is especially well suited for the machining of long workpieces, but can also be used to handle diverse tasks in many different industries. From three-axis milling to five-axis simultaneous machining, these machines can handle complex parts, die and mold machining for a variety of industries. With higher feed and acceleration rates in the Y and Z axes, the DMF linear offers the highest precision and dynamics for challenging production.

DMF 180

Newly designed work area makes for easier five-axis, large-parts machining. User-friendly DMG ERGOline® Control and glide-along tool magazine design significantly reduce chip-to-chip times.

DMF 180 linear

Five-axis machining with large travels of 27.6 in. in the Y- and Z-axis. Linear drive in the X-axis offers maximum dynamics and precision for the most demanding applications.

DMF 260

A traveling-column milling center ideal for applications in aerospace, mechanical engineering and tool and mold making. Configurable for three-axis milling all the way to five-axis simultaneous machining.

DMF 260 linear

Five-axis machining with enlarged work area—43.3-inch travel in the Y-axis and 35.4 inches in the Z-axis. Linear drive in the X-axis offers maximum dynamics and precision for the most demanding applications.

DMF 360 linear

Five-axis machining with massive traverse path of 141.7 inches x 43.3 inches x 35.4 inches. Includes a standard 30-tool magazine for maximum efficiency.
