Mori Seiki's Pallet Pool Systems improve productivity by optimizing delivery times, quality and price. For both small-lot and high-volume production, incorporating pallet pools into your production environment could reduce your manufacturing costs and improve quality of parts produced. Mori Seiki offers three types of pallet pool systems: round, linear and carrier pallet pool systems.

RPP SYSTEM - Round Pallet Pool System NEW
The new RPP System offers excellent space savings and operating efficiency. Equipped with up-to 14 pallets on 2 levels, setup can be done simultaneously on 8 pallets by multi-persons. Thanks to a double stage stacker, you can set a greater number of pallets in a compact space than any other system.
LPP SYSTEM - Linear Pallet Pool System
The LPP System allows flexible customization suitable for multi-item, small to medium-lot production. Equipped with a 2-shelf pallet and special cell controllers, you can easily operate and manage up to 8 machines with the ability to add on up to 99 pallet stations.
CPP SYSTEM - Carrier Pallet Pool System
Easy installation is acheived with CPP Systems. Now it's possible to start up your machine immediately thanks to a variety of prepared system packages. Depending on your production environment, there are 9 package types to choose from suitable for straight line or right angle configurations. A portable handheld controller comes standard making setups efficient.
